Measures

What you can finance

Nine measures, one application. Combine as you like; we calculate with your installer's quote.

Solar panels

A lower power bill from your own roof.

Panels on your roof generate power you use yourself or feed back. Your installer decides how many; we calculate with the quote.

Heat pump

Less or no gas, lower heating costs.

A (hybrid) heat pump heats your home electrically and sharply cuts your gas use. Combined with insulation, often the biggest label jump.

Insulation

More comfort and lower heating costs.

Insulating the roof, facade, cavity wall or floor keeps the heat in. The basis of every plan; ISDE subsidy is possible with two or more measures.

Glazing and frames

Less heat lost through windows and doors.

HR++ or triple glazing instead of single or double glazing, optionally with insulating frames. Fewer draughts, no cold windows, lower heating costs.

Ventilation

Fresh air without losing heat.

An efficient ventilation system with heat recovery keeps the air healthy in a well-insulated home. Can be financed along with another measure.

Shower heat recovery

Warm showers using less energy.

A shower heat recovery unit (douche-wtw) takes warmth from the draining shower water to preheat the cold water. A small device, no maintenance.

Home battery

Get more out of your own solar power.

A home battery stores the power from your panels for the evening. It can be financed within your regular borrowing capacity, but does not count for your label.

Energy label

Why the energy label matters

Measures that improve your label, such as solar panels, a heat pump and insulation, give you extra borrowing capacity: lenders may lend more for these than for other renovations. Many lenders also offer an interest discount for a better label, and homes with a good label are often worth more. A home battery, EV charger or air conditioning can be financed within your regular capacity; they don't count for your label.

  • Extra borrowing capacity per label class
  • Many lenders offer an interest discount for a better label
  • New label is registered after the work
  • An installer never claims a label jump; we verify it
Subsidy

You receive the subsidy yourself

You finance the full amount of your quote. You receive the subsidy (for example ISDE) after the work and can use it to repay extra; that's usually penalty-free. We don't deduct anything automatically, so you never depend on an approval.

No price list of our own

Prices and savings come from your installer's quote. That way we always calculate with real amounts.
